David Martinez - Owner
Born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina, David proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 2018 to 2022, including a deployment that broadened his worldview and deepened his commitment to service. His military experience instilled the core values of discipline, integrity, and resilience — principles that now guide his mission in real estate and community development.
Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, David is the founder of Semper Paratus Partners, a family-driven real estate investment business launched alongside his determined brother and supportive wife. As a proud father of two, David is deeply rooted in his community and passionate about creating long-term, meaningful housing solutions.

Maria Morales - Partner
Maria was born and raised in Texas, Maria takes great pride in her Mexican heritage. A devoted Christian and loving mother to two boys, she was raised by entrepreneurial parents who taught themselves the world of business. From an early age, Maria worked alongside her family during weekends and holidays, learning the value of hard work, responsibility, and perseverance.
While in high school, she balanced academics and work with community service, volunteering at homeless shelters and food banks. After graduating in 2014, Maria pursued higher education at Lone Star College, earning her associate’s degree in 2019, all while continuing to contribute to the family business.
She later served as a Team Lead at Amazon, where she sharpened her leadership, communication, and team-building skills. Now, Maria is continuing her academic journey, working toward a degree in Construction Management — combining her passion for service, structure, and impact as she builds a future for both her family and her community.

Armando Martinez - Partner
Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Armando Martinez relocated to Houston, Texas in February 2024. A recent graduate of Humble High School, Armando has honed his ability to think on his feet, communicate effectively, and stay reliable in fast-paced, people-oriented environments. Now a partner in his family’s real estate investment business, he is driven by a mission to help restore and rebuild the communities people call home — with the goal of creating something meaningful, lasting, and rooted in purpose.

Diego Melo
Advisor -Diego was born in Colombia, and moved to Houston as a young child September of 1980, and spent most of his life in Houston. He attended Catholic School from kinder garden to 8th grade then attended a Franciscan All Boys Academy in Colombia for preparatory and College. He started early in his career in banking and then transitioned into mortgage lending. He later became an independent mortgage broker. When over 100 lenders went out of business in early 2008, he took a step-back to re-evaluate his professional direction. Shortly Diego went to work for a division of Ocwen and Goldman-Sachs as an asset manager. In 2012, Diego decided to start investing in real estate Diego has been able to grow the company StratiVentures to be a pillar in the real estate investment arena by focusing on the reality of investing "mitigating risk". He developed a training and support team that would help and partner with over 2500 members nationally in the Strativentures Company.

Maria Acevedo
Contracting and Design Director -Maria Rodriguez was born in Jinotepe, Nicaragua. Maria attended Catholic University of Nicaragua for three years and studied Business Administration before becoming a business owner. Maria started her selection and design journey back in 2003. In 2005, she and her family moved to New Orleans where she started a real estate investing company after hurricane Katrina. Her company was engaged in many renovation projects along with buying and holding properties. In 2012, she moved to Houston and joined StratiVentures, Inc in 2017 in her current role. She lives in Houston with her two kids, a son and a daughter.
